Back in 2014, our founder Mitra Burns established Mitty, named after none other than Mitra herself! Now, here's the interesting part – the idea for Mitty came to life when Mitra was recovering from a kidney transplant in the hospital. 

During her recovery, Mitra stumbled upon some amazing nail art on Instagram and was instantly smitten.
But, her excitement turned to disappointment when she discovered the lacklustre quality of existing nail products. 

Determined to make a change, Mitra decided to roll up her sleeves and take matters into her own hands, thus giving birth to the Mitty brand. And the rest, as they say, is history! 💅✨
